We offer strategic consulting, data modeling, training, staffing, branding services and product demonstrations. Our charitable contributions allow us to assist local and global efforts to end hunger.

David manages all client relationships and oversees the consulting portion of the business. He has over 15 years of experience in senior executive roles for high-velocity, metric driven technology sales organizations. David has hired and managed hundreds of sales people in his career and he has specialized in building high performance direct and channel sales organizations.

Martha Czosnyka
Co-Founder and
Chief People Officer
Martha is in charge of "all things people" at The Field Marketing Agency. She oversees all event-strategy. Martha has spent nearly a decade in the CPG space as a sales and marketing professional. She was instrumental in building the field marketing organizations for companies like Valley Fine Foods and Bai Drinks; and she's launched countless demonstrations and activations for brands like Anheuser Busch, Function Drinks and Walgreens.
